Whenever we aim to realise greatness, wether in Sport, Arts, Business or Life itself, we face great difficulties.
These external adversities, most of the time, bear internal burdens in the form of fear, stress, lack of confidence and like.
We have all experience at peak moments of our life, when we most need our external and inner resources, these inner thieves creep in and steal from us what was suppose to be our great moment.
Are you familiar with these situation or is this just happen me?
At first, I experience them like great obstacles or major problems but through training my mind and my emotions, they have become my best friends.
I call them Thriving Opportunities.
ARTISTS MEDITATION COACHING
As Niels Henrik David Bohr, Nobel Prize in Physics said:
”Every great difficulty bears in itself its own solution. It forces us to change our thinking in order to find it”.
To many times, I have being taught: “to beat the demons so that…”.
This is not working for me and I realise for any of us.
Because when we do this, we are still in a fighting mood.
OK, some of you will argues that you can achieve a lot in this mood.
Yes, it’s true.
But how much more can we achieve, when we are not fighting what come in front of us but instead accept it, embrace it, learn and thrive from it.
Then we become the best version of ourselves and we can accomplish the Extraordinary.
